Engagement with Zinzino

Balanced Omega acts as a facilitator for individuals who register as Zinzino Independent Partners. Becoming a Zinzino Partner and your legal rights/obligations are governed by Zinzino’s official Partner Agreement and related policies (including the Zinzino Marketing Rules & Ethics and Compensation Plan).

You acknowledge that

  • You are an independent business owner, not an employee or agent of Balanced Omega or Zinzino.
  • No earnings or income guarantees are made.
  • You must comply with all Zinzino policies, including responsible marketing, ethical conduct, and intellectual property use rules.

Marketing, Branding & Content Use

As a Partner

  • You must follow Zinzino’s Marketing Rules & Ethics Guidelines when using any Zinzino brand names, logos, trademarks, and product descriptions.
  • You must display a clear disclaimer stating you are an Independent Zinzino Partner on all personal business sites, social profiles, or promotional materials.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your own content and online activities.

Earnings & Compensation

Any earnings projections, sales incentives, or compensation descriptions shown on Balanced Omega are illustrative and based on the official Zinzino Compensation Plan where applicable. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and compliance with all program rules.
